Near the American Hospital of Paris

I booked for four night and because I got a bad flu on the first day I asked the hotel to stay only three nights . Even with notice 2days in advance and stayed three nights they refused to do the changes and charged me for full 4nights.

Location, service and helpfulness of staff generall

1) The cost of two night stay 2) having to pay for the wi-fi especially given that I paid nearly 800 euros for two nights B, B & evening meal; 3) that it took 25 mins to pay my bill at 11.00 pm on my last night - there was only one reception staff on and she took 6 phone calls and dealt with two other people as well as me. She did her best but hotel left her on her own.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful quiet residential area. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Very nice and friendly staff. Not in the centre of Paris but located in a nice quite area and you can easily reach any place with the metro. Everything was good.

Efficient and clean hotel - very comfortable rooms - everything you need; friendly and helpful personnel. Far superior to a 5-Star hotel I stayed at later in the month, chosen because of location to my meetings, but nowhere near the quality of the Mövenpick.

More attention to the outside smoking area for the bar; smokers are obliged to be outside, it would be nice if the chairs and tables could be wiped down after the rain; similarly if the tables could be cleared after groups have left; this area seems to be neglected.

I liked the location a lot. 2 stations away from the champs Elysees, yet very quiet area. Staff was very nice.

I think the price was a bit too high for the stay.

The location of the hotel was really peaceful and quiet. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated the fact that two complementary items were offered during my stay.

There were a number of issues with the room that made my stay less enjoyable. The shower was only functional with the hand shower, which was a bit inconvenient.

Pizza wans't really tasty They Authorized twice from my cridet card the whole bill and in the check out they couldn't unblock it easily !!!

We had a wonderful experience at Crowne Plaza, with spacious and modern rooms. The gym was quiet and breakfast had a nice spread. The staff was helpful and polite, despite minor mix-ups. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and the tea was great. Would absolutely stay again!
